Road 1 Bicycling Class, Summer 2005

Do you want to feel more comfortable riding in traffic?This course from the League of American Bicyclists gives you theskills you need to ride confidently in traffic and to comfortablytravel by bicycle throughout town. Skills you will learn in this nine- hour course include street riding strategies, danger avoidance andkeeping your bike in good working order.



This course assumes that you already know the basics of how to rideyour bike. About half of the course will be in the classroom, and the other half will be out on the pavement. Bring your bicycle, awater bottle, a helmet and a open mind.



Dates: June 11 - 25; Days: Sat

Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 noon

Limit: 3 minimum, 10 maximum

Age: 14 years and older (Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by parent or guardian.)
